I am a curious and passionate Food Technologist with experience in Research & Development and Quality Assurance. I consider myself a forward-thinking, industry based scientist with an outstanding commitment to quality and continuous improvement.

My expertise includes development of Intellectual Property, managing robust R&D programs and leading innovative projects in the fields of Black Soldier Fly Larvae bioconversion, nutrition and sourcing, as well as breeding efficiencies. Additionally, I've contributed to facility operations management, excelled in team development and leadership, implemented process improvements and procedures, managed risks, managed quality assurance programmes, and more

Collaborative settings and embracing multidisciplinary strategies to tackle industry challenges are the way to go forwards. Sustainable food & feed solutions are a key driver for me, mainly bridging the gap between innovative food & feed production processes and waste upcycling.
